RCCI Facilitation Centre helps to make things easy for the public at large.
Followings tasks done by the RCCI Facilitation Centre are as follows:
- Greet members/non-members with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Scheduling the Appointments with Departments or Top Executives.
- Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person.
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
- To keep healthy liaison with all members/visitors.
- To assure that necessary intimation is circulated regarding members' satisfaction.
- To assure that documents of the members/ non-members are complete in all respects before making a final submission to the department.
- To circulate the information of all upcoming delegations, events, and Conferences.
